What to Expect from Me as Your Counselor
I have experience working with children, teens and adults. I currently work with adults who are seeking to better understand themselves and their interactions with the world around them. Through counseling, I often support individuals who are neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, educators, college students/young adults, and individuals who are going through big life changes (changing careers, moving to a new town, changes in significant relationships). Through counseling I support individuals as they gain a stronger sense of themselves and a deeper understanding of the control that they have over their own life.
I am patient, passionate, and dedicated to ensuring all of my clients feel safe, validated, and seen. As a neurodivergent counselor, I prioritize curiosity in sessions to help clients find ways to work with their unique brains and circumstances to achieve their goals, whatever they may be.
I provide a safe place for clients to explore emotional regulation, self-expression, and a deeper understanding of oneself in whatever way they find safe and authentic, so that they can see in themselves the greatness that I see in them.
